Privacy policy and public content terms
This page says what FlowwIn ("Floww", "we", "us") stores, and who is responsible for invoices, receipts, images, and layouts you put on the service. Creating an account, uploading a file, or making a layout public means you accept this.
What we collect
If you sign in, we store your email or Google account identifier, session data, documents you save, images you add as assets, and layouts you publish. Drafts may also sit on your device until you sign in. We use that to run sign-in, save, publish, and AI rebuilds you ask for. We do not sell your account list.
You own your content. We do not.
FlowwIn does not own invoices, receipts, logos, signatures, stamps, photos, text, or layouts you upload, type, rebuild from a photo, or publish. You keep the rights you already had. Publishing a layout lets other people copy that layout inside FlowwIn. It does not give us your copyright, and it is not a licence from us for anyone else's material.
You are liable for what you upload
You are solely responsible for every file, image, name, number, client detail, and layout you upload, type, publish, or export. That includes logos, signatures, stamps, photographs of paper templates, fonts, artwork, and any text that belongs to someone else.
You confirm that you have the right and licence to use that material. FlowwIn does not check licences, does not clear trademarks, and does not verify that a scanned template is yours to copy. If you use a mark, photo, or form you are not allowed to use, that is on you.
Share links
A share link or QR code downloads a picture of that invoice or receipt for anyone who opens it. Treat it like sending the file. Turn sharing off when you no longer want that snapshot to download.
Public layouts
A public layout is visible to anyone on the site. Do not publish private client data, bank details, or anything you are not allowed to share. Other people may copy a public layout. FlowwIn did not create those user layouts and is not the publisher of their contents. We may hide or delete a public layout without notice if we believe it breaks the law or this policy.
Indemnity. We are not liable for user content.
You indemnify and hold harmless FlowwIn, Floww, and the people who operate this service from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or legal fee that comes from content you upload or publish, other people using a layout you marked public, your use of material you did not licence, or your breach of this policy.
To the fullest extent the law allows, FlowwIn is not liable for user-generated or public content, including copyright or trademark claims, missing licences, leaked client data you chose to publish, or anyone copying a public layout. The service is provided as is. We are not a law firm and this page is a product policy, not legal advice to you.
AI rebuilds
If you send a photo to Create with AI, that image goes to the model provider so it can rebuild a layout. Do not send images you are not allowed to process. Output can be wrong. Check it before you send an invoice or receipt to anyone.
Retention and your choices
Saved documents and assets stay on your account until you delete them or close the account. Public layouts stay public until you turn them off or we remove them. You can ask us to delete your account data by writing to the operator of this project.
